• Audio/video playback with background playback support
• Meditation session timing, records, and statistics
• Nature sound mixing and ambient sound overlay
• Theme and interface customization

3.1 Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on your personal devices.

3.2 Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Distribute audio or video content that infringes others' copyrights through the App
• Reverse engineer the App to circumvent technical restrictions
• Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels in the App

4. User Content

All meditation content (audio, video, links) you import into Mindra belongs to you and is stored on your local device. You are responsible for ensuring the legality of imported content and complying with the license terms of the content's source.

The meditation content and features provided by this App are intended solely to assist with relaxation, focus, and sleep improvement. They do not constitute medical advice or treatment. The App is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
